Is parking available at the Music and Dance Expo?

We provide them to you on arrival. If a headset is broken (they're pretty sturdy!) or lost when you leave we'll need to charge for it. The charge is £30.

All headsets have individual volume controls for your comfort. Strobe lighting will not be used during the event.

You can pay with cash or card at the bar.

Please download your tickets onto your phone or print them out before arriving. This helps speed up your journey to the dancefloor.

Only drinks bought at the event are to be consumed. Drinking water will be available from the bar. Drugs are strictly prohibited. Anyone deemed to be under the influence, or in the procession of illegal drugs will be denied entry / removed from the event and the relevant law enforcement informed. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the venue. A smoking area will be available outside.

Our security team will be performing bag checks on entrance.

As per our terms and conditions, the evening event is strictly over 18’s. Anyone who is deemed to be intoxicated or ‘under the influence’ will be denied entry. We will be operating a ‘Think 25’ policy, please do not be offended if security ask you for ID to prove you are over 18.

We want everyone to be able to have fun at our events so we will do everything we can to make them accessible. Please get in touch with us to discuss your specific needs.

We are not expecting any particular risks to our silent disco dancers however we understand that accidents can happen. For this reason, we have a dedicated First Aid team on hand throughout the event. Please alert us as soon as possible if you sustain an injury or need assistance.

Silent Disco on the Beach is a joyous, welcoming event where everyone should be given a safe space to enjoy themselves. If you are troubled by unwanted attention or someone else’s behaviour please speak to a member of the bar staff or security team.

To keep everyone safe we kindly request that you do not attend if displaying symptoms of covid.

We have a great range of soft and alcoholic drinks available but will not be offering any food at the event. Please make sure you are fuelled for dancing before you come!
